MEET THE STAFF

Erica Linear

She is the Executive Director and Owner of Seed of Life, Inc., with 28 years in early childhood education. Originally from Los Angeles, she is passionate about impacting children, empowering teachers, and building community through education. Erica holds a Master’s in Education, with academic studies that include a minor in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, and Women’s Studies.

Donald Linear

He has worked in early childhood and K–12 education for 9 years and serves as the Compliance Monitor at Seed of Life. With a Master’s in Education and a background in counseling, he values building relationships and being part of a supportive team.

Tamisha Bash

She has over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and has been with Seed of Life, Inc. for 13 years. Tamisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Dual Language Early Childhood Education and serves as Director at Seed of Life, Inc.'s Orca and RB sites. A Seattle native, she finds joy and fulfillment in helping shape young lives and building lasting relationships.

Rosa Guzman Mejia

She has 23 years of experience in early childhood education and has been with Seed of Life, Inc. for 17 years. Rosa serves as Director at Seed of Life, Inc.'s MLK site and holds an Early Childhood Education certification from Antioch University. Originally from Mexico, she values the personal and professional growth SOL has given her.

Nancy Ramirez Garcia

She has 11 years of experience in early childhood education. Nancy has been working for SOL for 9 years and now serving as Director at Seed of Life, Inc.'s Main site. Nancy recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dual Language Early Childhood Education. Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, she loves supporting children, families, and cultural learning at SOL.

Angelina Cortes Ruiz

She has been working at Seed of Life, Inc for 8 years and a part of the SOL community for over 18 yrs. She is from Oaxaca, MX. She is currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Dual Language Early Childhood Education. She speak Spanish and English. She is the assistant director at SOL Metropole. She enjoys helping children grow up and learn in an atmosphere of being creative.

Elizabeth Ojeda Sanchez

With over 10 years in early childhood education, she recently earned her degree and continues to grow at Seed of Life. Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, she values SOL’s support and now encourages her daughter to pursue the same path.

She has one year of experience in early childhood education and is studying for her ECE certificate at Antioch University. Bilingual and from Oaxaca, Mexico, she enjoys working with children and being part of the Seed of Life team.

Eugenia Zuniga Cruz

She has 8 years of ECE experience and has been part of the Seed of Life community for over 16 years. From Oaxaca, Mexico, she enjoys teaching, family time, and growing with SOL.

Jenny Guerrero

She has 5 years of experience in early childhood education and has been with Seed of Life for 2 years. Originally from Colombia, she enjoys teaching, the arts, and working in a warm, supportive environment that aligns with her values.

Kelly Watts

She has one year of experience in early childhood education and has been with Seed of Life for 8 months. Originally from San Andres Islas, Colombia, she loves helping children grow and is proud to be part of the SOL team.

Laura De Jesus Martinez

She has one year of experience in early childhood education and recently joined Seed of Life, Inc. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering. Originally from Mexico, she enjoys working with children for their sincerity and the lessons they teach in patience.

Leydi Bautista Sarceno

She has 5 years of experience in early childhood education and has been with Seed of Life, Inc. for 3 years. Leydi holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Legal Science. Originally from Guatemala, she values family and is grateful for the opportunities SOL has given her.

Maricela Hernandez

She has 5 years of experience in early childhood education and enjoys growing with the Seed of Life team. Originally from Mexico, she values family time and writing about Christian music.

Marth Junco

She has over 32 years of experience in early childhood education, including 21 years at Seed of Life. Originally from Colombia, she is grateful for her journey in the U.S. and the many roles she held at SOL, where she helped children grow and express themselves.

Ashraf Mohamed

She has 13 years of early childhood education experience and serves as Family Support at Seed of Life, Inc., where she’s grown up. Ashraf holds an Early Childhood Education certification from Antioch University and is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work and Early Education. Originally from Somalia, she enjoys travel, culture, and connecting with families.

She has 13 years of experience in early childhood education and enjoys being part of the Seed of Life, Inc. team. Carmen holds an Early Childhood Education certification from Antioch University. Originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, she is bilingual and loves working with children-and her three cats.

Rebecca Otieno

She has 10 years of experience in early childhood education and has been with Seed of Life, Inc. for 3 years. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Education. Originally from Kenya, she enjoys time with her grandkids, church community, and working with amazing young children at SOL.

She has worked at Seed of Life for 6 months and enjoys learning and working with children. Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, she speaks Spanish and values family and nature.

Rufina Angon Pablo

She has over 3 years of experience in early childhood education and loves teaching infants at Seed of Life, Inc. Rufina holds an Early Childhood Education certification from Antioch University. Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, she is family-oriented, enjoys nature, and is inspired daily to keep growing.

Suu Thi Bui

My name is Suu Thi Bui, I have been with Seed of Life, Inc for 14 years, I was also a teacher in Vietnam for 34 years. I have been in the ECE field for a very long time. I am from Vietnam; I speak Vietnamese and English. I have 3 generations of teaching. I love teaching, especially in the childcare field. I want to set a good foundation for the children to grow up in. I love working at SOL because I have warm and nice coworkers, we take care of each other. it’s a wonderful environment to work and my boss is the best.

Azeb Taye-
Belehu

With 23 years in early childhood education, she has been a
dedicated part of Seed of Life since the beginning. She is currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Dual Language Early Childhood Education. Originally from Ethiopia and bilingual in Amharic and English, she loves helping raise future leaders in a place she calls her second home.

Tsehay Tedla

She has over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and has been with Seed of Life, Inc. for 19 years. Tsehay holds an Associate of Arts degree. Originally from Ethiopia, she values family, community, and the close-knit, supportive environment at SOL.

Yvon Hennings

She has over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and has been with Seed of Life for over a year. A Seattle native, she is family-oriented and passionate about working with children.

Alicia Leal Delgado

My name is Alicia Leal Delgado. I have been working at Seed of Life Inc. for 3 months. I love working with children. I've been working in the ECE field for 4 years, and I'm from Venezuela. I speak Spanish and English. I love working at SOL. It allowed me to grow and learn.

Liliby Zacarias Merino

My name is Liliby Zacarias Merino, and I have been working at Seed of Life Inc. for a little over a month now. I am from Oaxaca, Mexico, and I speak Spanish and English. I love exploring different cultures and traditions. I am amazed by what you can learn from people and their stories. I enjoy working at SOL, especially working with the Waddler classroom; it’s very rewarding.

Jennifer M. Gomez

My name is Jennifer M. Gomez. I started working at Seed of Life Inc. a little over a month ago and have been in the ECE field for 10 months.

Mahogani Watson

My name is Mahogani Watson, and I have been at Seed of Life Inc. since 1997. I have been in the ECE field since 2015. I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. I speak English and am working on my Spanish and Garifuna. I am currently a College Student studying Early Childhood Education. I enjoy working with kids and growing up in the professional field. I grew up in the Seed of Life Childcare.

Hiywet Million

My name is Hiywet Million. I have been with Seed of Life Inc. for 14 years, and I have been in the ECE field since 2010. I am from Seattle, Washington. I come from an Ethiopian background, and I speak English and Amharic. I am currently a Student at Seattle College, pursuing my bachelor’s degree in early education. I am part of the SOL family, and I love it here.

My Name is Doricela L Garcia. I started working at Seed of Life Inc., a little over a month ago, and a month in the ECE Field. I am from Oaxaca, Mexico. I speak Spanish and English. I also want to learn and work hard so I can improve and give my best effort.
